Our Privacy:As a general rule, this App does not collect Personal Information about you when you visit the App. You need to provide such information only when you like to use the App for different services being offered / provided by Phree for Safety Tech Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter “COMPANY”) to the subscribers / users of services or to the parents or legal guardians under whose surveillance and supervision their wards would like to visit/use the site/network/services. If we request you to provide personal information, adequate security measures will be taken to protect your personal information.

Privacy of Others:If you receive information about other subscriber’s/users using our services, you must keep the information confidential. You may not disclose or distribute other subscriber’s/user’s information to a third party or use the information for any purpose unless you receive other such subscriber’s/user’s express consent in writing to do so.
Collection of Personal Information: The data that the user is providing to the COMPANY using this site/network will be treated under the following guidelines:

• What Information We Collect:COMPANY collects your e-mail address, and phone numbers, home/office address, location of city or town or a particular place/ area/ building or the like, pin code, emergency alerts contact names, phone numbers, and other personal information as may be required. It will also be used by us as well as by associated Service providers or agencies with respect to or in relation to the services being provided by COMPANY Your information will be viewed and processed by COMPANY and / or associated Service providers or agencies for past, present or future service purposes only.

• Restrictions:COMPANY does not use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online or through the network in an unauthorized manner. COMPANY does not sell, disseminate, disclose, trade, transmit, transfer, share, lease or rent any personally identifiable information of yours to any third party without your explicit consent (except for use of information under sub-clause (b).

• Exclusions/Exceptions:There may be circumstances wherein we may have to share such information with third parties without obtaining your prior consent. Such third parties will be limited to:

  • Police. Ambulance or Fire Agencies;

  • Service providers who support or help in managing and/or maintaining part(s) of our business operations; (payment processing activities, phone / networking, marketing, technology, fraud prevention services, internet services, etc.).

  • Other affiliates, subsidiaries, or Group companies belonging to the COMPANY or its parent company.

• Login data /code and information:You will receive login details/code for your personal account. User-friendly changes in login details/code will be entertained on specific requests using the system. You can modify your personal information for specific services. You cannot withdraw from services for the subscription period once the registration form is submitted and the Service fee is paid by you. While we, COMPANY make every effort to protect your personal information, please recognize that no data transmission over the Internet/network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot ensure or warrant or guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, you do so at your own risk.

• Visit data:This App records your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes your server’s/network’s address; the name of the top-level domain/network from which you access the Internet (for example, .gov, .com, .in, etc.); the type of browser you use; the date and time you access to the site/network; the pages you have accessed and the documents/pages downloaded and the Internet address from which you linked directly to the site/network. We will not identify subscribers/users or their browsing activities, except when a law enforcement agency may like to inspect the COMPANY or their service provider’s logs.

• Cookies:When you use the App, it may download small pieces of software on your computer/browsing device/hard drive known as “cookies”. We may utilize a short-lived form of cookie when you use our App. At the Company, a cookie is used to identify one unique visitor from another visitor during a particular session and serve technical purposes, like providing seamless navigation through the site.
